When my food wasn’t to my liking, she handled it right away, brought over the manager, and made sure everything was taken care of. We really appreciated her excellent service, and they even gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Thank you, Chloe!

Unfortunately, the food and management didn’t match the quality of her service. We ordered two $50 porterhouse steaks. Mine came out great, but my wife’s was not cooked correctly. We asked for it to be remade and waited almost 25 minutes for the replacement. By the time it came out, it was also overcooked, and my wife never even got to eat her steak while we were there because it took so long. They offered dessert, but that didn’t really address the issue. What was most disappointing was the manager’s response. When we got up to leave, he said he understood why we would be leaving early without finishing the steak, but he never apologized. The comment came across a bit snarky and didn’t feel very professional. Again, Lori was great, but the food quality and the way the situation was handled were very disappointing. All this being said the Management team reached out to me and made it right. Thank you for the follow up it really means alot!
