  Food was very well made and delicious. It arrived on time and everything was put together nicely. The manager Vee was friendly and professional. Very well spoken and answered any questions I had.

  The best one yet they are super sweet at this location and cant go wrong with the food. The employee is what males this location The best one around.

  I was having problems with my delivery (DoorDash fault, not PizzaHut) and the lady that worked there,V, was extremely helpful and nice!

  Worst Pizza hut we've ever used. We typically like pizza hut, but since moving to Rogers we've stopped because this pizza hut is horrible. A few months ago, I ordered in the app, payed and everything, but the app messed up and never sent the order to the store. When I called, we re-ordered and had to re-pay, we were told the other charge would be refunded and fall off in a few days, well it never did. Tonight we called and ordered because we thought this was the best way. We ordered for delivery and was told it would be 40 mins. After 50 minutes I was notified it was going to be delivered via door dash, so we called to see about changing to carry out, well to do that, they would have to cancel the first charge and recharge the order without the deliver fee, which I completely understand, but due to our previous experience, we just continued with the delivery. Well our door dasher had another order to pick up and we didnt get our order till an hour and a half after ordering, and by that time, our pizza and wings were cold. While waiting on the dasher we called Pizza Hut and got put on hold waiting for an associate, well after 10min of being on hold, we finally got to talk to someone. We gave a short explanation about the delivery time and she asked for our number and put us back on hold to look up the on-goin order, after 5 mins of being on hold she hung up on us. Will never deal with this store again I hate Domino's, but ill go there before going back here

  Very inconsistent when it comes to delivery orders! Either the driver is late, food isn't fresh, or they decide to use Door Dash as a driver. Tonight, they decided to use Door Dash, and push my delivery time back another 20 minutes or more. I called them and canceled the order and got my refund. Won't use again!
