  The service is pretty standard, I came in during lunch time which means I know the exact service im going to get, just a welcome and nothing else. The food was fantastic, but i did find a beard hair in it. I wish I could say it was mine but my hair is copper/bronze and this one was jet black. Overall im going to come back, the food is too good not to, but ill bring more people so its not so awkward, and ill ask for no hair, lol. I am positive it was an honest mistake.

  Ordered through DoorDash and I asked for the firecracker chicken child meal. I substituted the chicken for veggies and tofu, and asked for a lemonade for my drink. I also ordered two chicken egg rolls. First thing i noticed was the fact my dasher didnt have a drink, I asked her about it and she said they didn’t say anything to her about one nor did they gave her one. It should have came with the kids meal. I opened my egg rolls and started eating them and then I went to open my box of food, and saw that I didn’t get my tofu. It was just a box full of barely cooked hard vegetables, and noodles. I’m really bummed out because I was excited for my meal, I really love their tofu so I was really looking forward to enjoying my break and my full meal wasnt there. I did not receive what I PAID for. I am also allergic to red meat so I started getting concerned that the egg rolls they gave me weren’t chicken and were pork because the rest of my ordered was wrong so I decided to call and ask just to confirm they were chicken and to let them know about my meal/concern. They then let me know they couldn’t give me a refund because it was through DoorDash, and said I could come back for a free meal but didnt offer to take my name down or any information to indicate that I will be getting a free meal next time I come in, they just told me I would be getting a free entrée next time I come in. They did confirm my egg rolls weren’t pork so I’m glad about that, just the way they offered the free meal wasn’t professional, and should have offered a refund or asked for my information to confirm a free meal. I tried to contact DoorDash about this and I paid over $20 for my kids meal and egg rolls and was only offered $7. Just not cool, wish I got what I paid for the first time instead of having to go out of my way to complain about my situation in hopes they double check online orders before sending them off. Do better, and receive good feedback.
