  We have been coming to Napoli’s for many many years and it only gets better with time. Great service, great food and wonderful atmosphere. Even when they moved to a larger location they still make you feel like you’re a part of their family, their journey and their success. We couldn’t wish more success or prosperity to a more wonderful owner!

  I have been coming to Napolis since the first week they opened in Rogers , across the street from Walmart supercenter. This is my favorite Italian restaurant and one of the only ones around that does homemade pasta! Tonight I picked up a Togo order shortly before they closed. Unfortunately they got my order wrong and I didn't notice it until I got home. I called after 8:30 and they not only answered but proceeded to remake my order and deliver it to me personally, after they were closed and even though my address is outside of their delivery service! Thank you napolis for everything you do!

  Spent $36 on doordash for a chicken alfredo. There was an overwhelming aroma of fish. It tasted and smelled as if the chicken was cooked on the same surface as fish. I took a bite hoping that i was wrong but i immediately had an allergic reaction (i am allergic to some fish) and had to use my epi pen.this is extremely irresponsible towards customers to not practice basic food safety. There are no warnings about food possibly being exposed to allergens. I ended up throwing my dinner away. Waste of money and doordash is difficult to receive a refund through.

  The food is always amazing. We had veal parmigiana and lasagna. The sauce is delicious. Don't forget the yummy deserts. My 90 mother loves the Tiramisu. The staff is super friendly and the Chief and owner Alex always comes out and greets the table to make sure you are happy with your food. Enjoy you visit.!

  I had lunch at Napoli's Italian Restaurant in Rogers. Everything was very good and the portion was generous. The service really stood out - fast, friendly, and very attentive, and the waiter was specially polite. Overall a great experience. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.
