  They spit in my food. Because the listing says 24 hours I assumed it was 24 hours, unfortunately it is not and I came through the drive through 5 minutes before close. I payed then the manager came to the window and told me the kitchen was very mad at me I asked why, he said cause they close in 5 minutes. I asked multiple times to cancel the order and apologized profusely (I work in food service I would never intentionally do that) and he said it was too late and he wouldn’t cancel it. He smiled at me so creepily and angerly and told me it gave him something to do. I gave him a 20 and told him to apologize for me and give it to the person who had to cook it because I felt so bad. When I got home I inspected my burger because his vibe really threw me off and there was indeed spit in it.

  No hand soap in the bathrooms! The smell of the restroom will almost knock you out! Purchase air freshners and freaking hand soap!

  I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and the new Big Arch meal. The cheeseburger meal was exactly what you expect from McDonald's, simple and consistent. The Big Arch was good to try, and I liked the crispy onions as a nice touch. I think I still prefer the classic Mac sauce overall, but it was a solid new option. Service was quick and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a typical McDonald’s experience done right. 5 out of 5 stars.

  Do you like waiting half an hour in the drive thru? Then this is the McDonald’s for you! How about when you get to the window and they’re rude to you? How about the food being cold when you get it? Which means my food was ready but they chose to sit around and twiddle their thumbs instead of serving me. You may think it was busy or something to, but no, there were 5 cars in the drive thru over that half hour. Maybe the worst location I’ve been to

  Chris provided the best customer service I’ve experienced at any fast-food restaurant in years. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire interaction. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness and respect. Even though I was just picking up food for my mom’s dogs, Chris made the experience memorable with his positive attitude and excellent service. Employees like him truly make a difference—McDonald’s is lucky to have him!
