  Does McDonald's is good but the best one I've been to is in centerton Arkansas the worst one was in prairie Grove Arkansas

  NO Service, NO Smile, Just food vending machine style.... Went to this location, Friday Night, at 10:18pm, the Wife and I. I should have known it would not be great because as we were walking in, there was a man at the counter, speaking loudly, the word "hello." We went to the counter as well; after about a minute, the man threw up his hands, and left the building. A few moments later, a female employee came from the restroom, walked behind the counter, never looked at us or acknowledged our existence, and disappeared into the kitchen area. Reluctantly, we went to the Kiosk to attempt to order food; we are of the age that makes this difficult. I wanted a Big Arch and attempted to order one, however, I did not want sauce, but preferred mayo; there was no option to add the mayo, so I ordered a less expensive sandwich; we finished a small order, took our number, and sat down. We placed our number tent on our table, thinking the order would be brought to that number; however, when the order came out of the kitchen, then young man sat it on the counter, turned around, and as he walked back to the kitchen, yelled "22." We were at the restaurant until 10:45 (26min) and not once were we spoken to or acknowledged by an employee. As we were leaving, my wife did get the attn. of a Manager, who refilled her drink. Once again I guess this is all my fault, because I got hungry and forgot that the McDonald's Restaurants in Northwest Arkansas no longer provide service for Dine in orders!

  I just wasted 30 minutes on my order, and y'all need to start listening to how people order because the person taking my order messed up so many times. She dropped her microphone and let someone else take over, and they messed up my order too. The drinks were okay, but oh my god, I thought they got my Coke, but NO. I’m sorry, but y'all need to get it together and stop relying on “Mobile apps” and focus on people's actual orders first, then the online orders. GET IT TOGETHER. I wasted almost $30, and my order wasn’t right!. Manager was there, but she didn’t even do anything so that’s bad customer service McDonald’s fix it

  Placed an order for breakfast around 10:25 they told they didn’t have my food when I pulled up. The manager and the lady daphney on the speaker didn’t put my order in so I didn’t get any of my food. Cynthia the manager was rude and rolled her eyes when I came through the window. They’re crew members was very rude and didn’t even try to accommodate with me to atleast give me the other food like the dessert and the drinks we ordered. Window was very dirty and overall just a bad experience.

  La Comida se tardó más de 30 minutos y apenas era un Happy Mail y una orden de cuatro Nuggets viene la muchacha y me lo da de una manera que hubiera querido tirármela en la cara. La verdad mal servicio no recomiendo este lugar deberían de entrenar más a los empleados para que sean más amables con las personas.
