  I came to spend time with friends and Connor (your server) didn’t even ask if wanted food and hardly checked on us. He had an attitude when we asked for something as it was an inconvenience. I have been here numerous times and honestly feel like I don’t want to come back. Also when I actually got the chance to order food, he forgot to ring in my pretzel bites.

  We’ve been to Topgolf five or six times, and it has always been an awesome experience until today. We booked a one-hour session for 12:15 PM, but our bay wasn’t ready until 17 minutes after our start time. We assumed that time would be compensated at the end, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. Service was also slow; our food didn't arrive until 12:58 PM, and by 1:07 PM, we were handed the check and told our time was up. We tried to tell our server that we haven’t been there long but all he said was that there were two older people working the front and that was the reason we were checked in so late. We had to pack our meal into to-go boxes and leave immediately. Our previous visits were fabulous, but this experience was incredibly disappointing and poorly managed. I guess I expect more when we’re spending hundreds of dollars at your bussiness and thousands overall.

  If you are booking a reservation use the app. Their online booking has been down and it will say all set without an actual reservation. Make sure you get an email verification not just a text. Very let down with the establishment today. Were told we would be treated as an expedited walk in. When there were visibly 5 open bays. Overall a waste of time. Go to the driving range instead this place is a joke.

  Great time golfing there for the first time, although, the service was awful, and the drinks were way too expensive for the amount we got. Either lower the price for the drinks, or make them bigger, so it's worth it. Also we shouldn't have been made to leave our table if mammy tables

  I went to your location on Sunday with two friends on Sunday at 5pm and played an hour round of golf and we each ordered 3 drinks. The drinks came in shot glasses and were half full and mostly ice for $12 each. I never complain on pricing and I was irritated but left a 25% tip out of kindness instead of losing my cool on the waiter and manager. Then as we’re finishing our shot glasses of drinks the waiter asks us to leave in case someone else needs the lane. However , there were 25 lanes or more open. It was absolutely the rudest thing I have ever experienced. We would have played another round and stayed as we were having a wonderful time of this restaurant wasn’t so eager to get tables clean and close early. It was only 6:30 pm. I will never come back and I’ll blast this place for life unless I’m refunded in full. I don’t even do google reviews but this is fraud.
