  The night crew must be lazy or have mental issues because i ordered a sprite as a part of a larger order on uber eats from this place and it came looking like brown uncarbonated water with what looked like marshmellows in it

  Compared to the Bentonville Taco Bell this place is dog crap. If the owner doesn’t wanna go on a business, he probably ought to hire people with better attitudes. They screwed up my order They forgot my Chalupa, so there was one item completely missing, and they made my two crunchy taco Supremes into regular crunchy tacos. I had to make sure I double checked the bag to figure it out. Then I walked in and I very nicely walked in and explained it to them without being mean or pretentious, just stating a fact and being kind. The short girl with the bushy black hair and hair net was extremely rude. There was one guy in the back who might have been the manager made sure they remade the tacos, but she even tried to come up and just give me the chalupa without giving me the tacos. He checked her and made her give them to me. She barely looked at me and made it seem like I was being a pain in the butt and rude to her or something, she in fact she was being rude to me. I said “you know you can actually look at me in the eyes. I’m not mean and I don’t bite. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk me to the door where she locked it behind me. I never want to come to this place again. She should be fired for her rude attitude and terrible service. Tbh, I 100% blame the owners. Take more pride. Be present. Hire better and pay your people better because they sure as hell acted like they hated their job. Awful service. Reminded me of being back in Memphis. The bentonville location is miles ahead. The workers there care and get things right. It’s small efforts that make all the difference. I’ll favor that one every time if I can, but mostly this experience makes me want to frequent Taco Bell much less….

  This is my go-to TB. I've been here all hours of every day. They do not disappoint. Every. Single. Shift. Sunday to Sunday. I promise they have been visited more than thrice. If you have a bell craving this the spot. They are doing a great job
