I just wanted a sandwich on my lunch break, I didn’t need a serving of attitude, acting overwhelmed by my order when I’m the only guest in the house, and treated like a general annoyance to him. I saw a sign that said they’re asking for reviews and buddy, you got one! I really think a manager/team lead would be wise to talk to him about customer service and attitude. I understand that “minimum wage, minimum effort” is a fair standard, but a positive attitude is a bare minimum expectation.
