She demanded that we put them in the order that she wanted them. She failed to drain the rotisserie chicken. She was an equal mix of "does not listen" and "rudeness". My family normally likes Subway, but we will never return to the one in on 8th Street in Rogers ever again. If we start with the phrase that "customer is always right", her view is "customer knows nothing."

- TTToshJan 15, 20261.0Every time I come here there are issues, whether it’s having to wait half an hour in the drive thru or employees being rude or my order being messed up. My last visit I went to the drive thru and they asked if I could come inside and join that line. I wasn’t able to leave my car at the time. I asked if I could just order here and basically was told to either come inside and join the line there or leave because they couldn’t handle the drive thru right now. Apparently, they’re chronically understaffed. What a surprise. I didn’t appreciate how they addressed the situation, so I left without ordering anything.
