Our waiter Seth was excellent. I had the Chicken Laredo, it was delicious! Husband had the Bone-In Ribeye, he said it was average. We split the Carrot Cake for dessert, it was AMAZING and big enough for 3 or 4 people. 1st time eating here, found out they take reservations, will do that next time because it was an hour wait, but is a Saturday evening.

This was our first time dinning at Saltgrass in Rogers Arkansas. It was my husband 74th birthday...I wanted him to have a really good steak to celebrate. I am so glad we decided to give Saltgrass a try. I will be completely honest...it was way beyond our expectations. To start with, Adam was our waiter. Absolutely the most professional waiter we have ever experienced. He was warm, friendly and a fantastic personality. Every part of the meal was amazing. The salad, oh my gosh. Never had one served in a cold bowl. Made it so fresh. That little touch made a big different. The steak, cooked to perfection! The entire meal was something you cannot wait to have again. You can truly tell, this management cares about the customer and it's staff. Rogers Arkansas is very lucky to have them as part of their dining community.

I received the order through pickup. This is not my normal review because I'm upset from being sick. For three days. I saved all the food and was willing to bring it in. Since I didn't report the food in a timely manner, that was not an option. The manager who was correct in his policy, failed to show any compassion for my illness or denote the sincerity since I still had the food. Lesson folks, even if you are throwing up, have a fever or are afraid to be more than 2 steps from the bathroom, open the app and report right away. Through the whole bag in the trash. A $198.56 lesson on being timely.

Made a reservation for my wife and I for Valentines Day. Parking was difficult to find and we had to circle a few times to find an open spot. Even with reservations we still had to wait a bit, understandable with how busy it was. Our waitress was super sweet and very friendly. I wasnt a big fan of the rattler bites, the peppers werent cooked and hard to bit through. The bread was amazing as was my steak. The brussells sprouts were the best side dish Ive ever had! The place was definitely crowded and chaotic and made dinner conversation difficult, definitely a good place for dinner but definitely not a romantic night out. All that to say, we were satisfied with our reservation at Saltgrass.

Some meals just hit different. This one did. SaltGrass gave us the kind of lunch that makes you stop for a second, take a breath, and appreciate the moment you’re in. My wife and I both ordered their 12 oz. Ribeye with Oscar topping, and let me tell you — SaltGrass knows what they’re doing. My steak came out rare, exactly the way I like it—warm, red center, tender all the way through. Hers was medium-rare leaning rare, cooked with absolute precision. The Ribeye itself was a thick, beautifully marbled cut, seared perfectly with that signature SaltGrass char. The juices were glistening before the first bite, and when I took it… that was it. Buttery, tender, melt-in-your-mouth perfection. And the Oscar topping? Real crab, silky cream sauce, a touch of green onion — it didn’t just add to the steak, it elevated it. Every bite was one of those eyes-close, savor-the-moment experiences. I went with the fully-loaded baked potato — the classic done right. She chose the mashed potatoes — creamy, warm, and seasoned with the kind of comfort you only find in a good Texas kitchen. And of course… Tito’s Texas Tea. If Texas ever put its personality in a glass, this is what it would taste like — smooth, bold, cold, refreshing, and a little dangerous in the best way. We enjoyed every sip. The atmosphere felt like home — Texas stars, warm wood, good people laughing, great food coming out hot and fresh. No rush, no stress. Just good energy and good plates. SaltGrass doesn’t just serve food. They serve moments — the kind you talk about later because they leave a mark. If you’re debating on going… Stop debating. Go. You’ll thank yourself later.
