Food was ok. Good service while ordering food. Not a lot of flavor. Was more like meat cooked frozen out of bag. Nothing here says yes. I want to come back here. Cost as much as a regular sit-down restaurant so why wouldn't we go get it fresh to order instead of out of bags prepared. But if you want a quick bite this isn't bad. Set up like subway but Tex-Mex. The serve yourself areas were very dirty. Look like they needed it a better cleaning crew.

I had the Chili lime shrimp bowl for lunch. It was really good. Inexpensive and the food is fresh. Good atmosphere, and smiling faces.

Ordered loaded tortilla soup. Poster shows in a tortilla bowl. Served in paper bowl. Chicken over cooked like jerky or leather, not chewable. Bins for extras empty. And it's noon after Sunday church. Used to come here a lot. Missed it but never coming back. Very bad and way overpriced.

Popped into this location for the first time ever to grab a bowl to go. The two ladies working just stared at me and didn’t say a word. One of them finally came over and asked what I wanted. I went through the ordering process with zero help. She could not have been more annoyed. When I checked out the other lady had me scan my card and just walked away. I asked for a bag and reluctantly threw my bowl in a bag and said thanks. The sad thing is my food was actually pretty good but I won’t be back to this location.

I don’t know why every staff member I’ve interacted with at this Qdoba seems to genuinely hate their life, but the service here is consistently rude, snappy, and inconsiderate. Tonight was bad enough that I walked out before finishing my order. This was my third visit in a row with the same miserable attitudes. After the second visit, I switched to Uber Eats just to avoid interacting with the staff at all. That should’ve been my sign. Tonight (02/11 around 6:30pm) was the final straw. It felt like me walking in to order dinner was an inconvenience because a staff member was eating with a friend. She was immediately hostile when she came to the counter. No handwashing — just gloves thrown on. The food looked like it had been sitting out all day. I don’t care if it’s “made daily” when it looks eight days old. It looked as nasty as the attitude I was met with. Based on the recent reviews, this is clearly a pattern. Management has serious work to do, and this kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident. It starts at the top. I won’t be back.
