    Had a reservation at 6:15 and we must have went during a rush. Cuz it took forever just to get drinks and appetizers. It took them over an hour and half for them to give us our food. It was a little cold and really dark inside the restaurant. Really hard to find unless you have a navigation system taking you there.

    Outback has been a special place for our family. I went there for a special birthday with family. Drinks were delivered and good. We ordered a blooming onion Pryor to meal order. The waitress never made sure we got it. We got pieces of our meals. Salad left off one order. Shrimp with salad left off till we constantly reminded waitress. My steak and vegetables were cold. The kids ordered adult meals. Cold noodles shrimp covered in pepper/ spice, steak was cold. Of course they left it due to this. Of the blooming onion.... brought at the end of our meal. Everyone disappointed and a birthday family meal with poor service. The server was smiling but observing our table was not her concern. Oh and we were her only table at 5:30 on 12/30.. To say the least no apologies or compensation was even offered.

    From the moment we walked in David greeted us, seated us & waited on us. He was a gentleman...charming with a friendly warm country boy charm. He visited with us getting to know us as he took our order. The steaks were excellent and the chocolate Thunder Down Under desert was amazing. We were so impressed with David we asked to see the manager (Steven) and we let him know how much we appreciated the attention shown to us by David, and thanked Steven for his wise choice of hiring David. Steven was just as polite, friendly & courteous. So we've decided we definitely will be back again soon! This place is 5 Stars, and well worth your your time!

    The positives first...the food was good and waitress, Kaitlyn, was friendly toward our party of seven. However, right off the bat she forgot to take the order of one in our party at the other end of the table. We had to track her down for that. When she brought ranch dressing to the table she spilled a significant amount on my husband's cell phone, with no apparent concern as to possible damage to the phone. We had to remove our own dishes from the table after finishing the appetizers, to make room for the main course dishes. My husband made multiple trips to the kitchen with dishes where someone at the kitchen door then took the dishes from him. There was never an apology for the lack of service, nor an offer to credit us for providing that service to ourselves. The waitress then said we lied to her when we asked for additional to go containers, stating that we previously said we didn't need more. Then our electronic device at the table malfunctioned when we tried to pay, causing the manager to come to our table. He acknowledged being aware of all the issues we had but didn't seem concerned at all and, again, no apology or discount was offered. We paid and went on our way but don't intend to go back to this location.
