  Do you like waiting half an hour in the drive thru? Then this is the McDonald’s for you! How about when you get to the window and they’re rude to you? How about the food being cold when you get it? Which means my food was ready but they chose to sit around and twiddle their thumbs instead of serving me. You may think it was busy or something to, but no, there were 5 cars in the drive thru over that half hour. Maybe the worst location I’ve been to

  Chris provided the best customer service I’ve experienced at any fast-food restaurant in years. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire interaction. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness and respect. Even though I was just picking up food for my mom’s dogs, Chris made the experience memorable with his positive attitude and excellent service. Employees like him truly make a difference—McDonald’s is lucky to have him!

  This place suck. From the service to the food i tried giving them one last chance and order breakfast 10 MINS early before breakfast closed even have the proof of when i ordered. So you’re telling me my food couldn’t have been made in that time? And then when i got on the phone to talk to corporate or an high up a vindictive lady got on the phone. I asked to speak to the store manager because i had a complaint, who she let me know was in, but she still didn’t do her job and let me speak to another person. You guys are very rude especially the woman who answered the phone. i will never bring my business here ever again and you shouldn’t either. they are rude and highly disrespectful towards PAYING customers. yall should be ashamed.
