Warm frappe? It’s not even the right flavor man…. Got caramel it was supposed to be mocha…. But our other frappe was frozen so why? It’s getting dumped but seriously never thought anyone would do that? Even if it isn’t intentional, why give it to the customer?

I used to like this store. Lady who takes your money was super sweet. My kids asked so we went through the drive-thru. If you order more than 1 thing, they'll get nearly the entire order wrong. We stopped anyway.
They handed me my order at the window. I checked it before I pulled off, because I have kids and didn't want to unload everyone when they got it wrong. They got it wrong. Super simple, just needed a new burger with ketchup and pickles only. Neck Tattoo came up to the window and asked what my problem was. Kindly explained I needed a burger fixed. "Huh?!" So I explained it again, "You need a burger with ketchup and pickle only?!" Yes....ketchup and pickle only. "Let me see that receipt!!"........."Fine, pull forward". Huh...a lot of attitude for a small request and pull forward for the tiny burger with 2 toppings on it? Ok, that's fine. I pulled forward. 6-7 cars left - the entire line was empty. 30 minutes I waited. I put it in reverse. Waited for them to come to the window. Girl at the window wouldn't even look at me, she knew I was sitting there for half an hour. Apparently tattoo neck didn't like that she screwed up the burger. I wasn't mad before, but I'm little upset now. "What's your problem again?"......Well, my problem is I asked for a burger to be remade and you told me to pull forward a half hour ago and then apparently had no intention of coming back up. "Let me see your receipt!" Stares at it for an incredible amount of time. Looks over at the burger that was remade 29 minutes ago sitting on the counter, slapped it in my hand and slammed the window. I waited. She came back, Yes, you also didn't put the sauce in the bag for the nuggets, "YES I DID", No, you didn't. I have the bag right here. "THERE WERE TWO BAGS!" yes I know...here's the other bag, "I KNOW I GAVE YOU THOSE SAUCES", you think I'm sitting here waiting for 45 min to scam you out of 2 sauces? Do you want to come search my truck? "FINE, HERE" slapped them in my hand.
Seriously. Neck tattoo has problems. Not sure why she's so angry. She gets nearly every order wrong and seems to get mad at everyone else for it.
Insane. Won't ever come back.

Should have known better. This place has never gotten my order right. Large fry was barley a med, no ketchup, no dipping sauce for nuggets mc flry taste like the machine has never been cleaned
