  Ordered drive though , got only half my order ordered 7 bacon cheese mcgriddles and 4 hash browns did not get my hash browns

  Do not come here, asked me to pull forward to a waiting spot. I declined and asked to wait at window. Manager told me to pull forward or she would refund my order and was rude horrible service do not come here.

  Thank you for putting the cherry on top of my bad week. After returning home late, with no motivation to cook, I decided to stop for dinner. After being told to move forward to the second window with no choice of getting my receipt, thankfully they put a little sticker on my bag so they’d believe me when the messed up my order the FIRST time. Receiving my bag the first time, I peeked in the top and noticed there were no small fry. I waved the employee down at the window, letting him know something was missing from my order. He first ripped the bag from my hands, and checking through it himself. No gloves, no telling if his hands were clean touching the rest of my food. He then proceeded to get the small fry, and without putting it in a bag, handed it to me through the window… Upon getting home, I go to open my “double cheeseburger”, and am highly disappointed. Not only was it just a single patty, no cheese or pickles… both the buns were bottom buns. OH AND, no extra salt/onions as asked for. Needless to say, I know McDonalds is “fast food”, but my visit was very unpleasant and upon getting home VERY disappointing. After the countless times of this location messing up my order, I can say I happily won’t be back.

  They completely missed up our order and blamed my wife on food being cold, when we ordered the food we was at location so it wasn't like it just been sitting there. We will not be going back to this location, however the best McDonald's is in Pea Ridge, Arkansas.

  This is my first time visiting Bentonville, but when I wanted to go for McDonald’s by my hotel, the door was locked, even though it was on a Friday at 11:30pm, and the door says Lobby open till the staff saw me and he shook his head saying I gotta leave because he wasn’t going to ope the door.
