A couple of days later, I called only to inform the business of the issue (not to request a refund or additional food). During that call, I was asked to provide photo evidence by texting the personal phone number of an employee, which made me uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. The customer service during this interaction was also uncomfortable and felt accusatory rather than helpful. In addition, the cheese had a rubbery texture and the crust was very hard. Just to be clear, sending photos was not the issue sending them to a personal phone of the shift lead in charge was the issue. Here’s the photo below:

Just left on a Sunday afternoon and I could tell the young man at the drive through was busy but he still patiently helped me out and thanked me for coming in. I hope management appreciates the workers they do have because they’re far few and in between. Dominos for life 🤘🏽

- JBJames BondNov 3, 20255.0Tbh I don’t know what I was expecting from a fast food pizza company but to my suprise the prices were fire, and the food was mediocre, however the service and people that had helped me was amazing had an absolute hoot while they helped take care of poor lil me, I believe the manager was named Gabe? And he was just so helpful and kind to me when I was struggling ordering on the app. BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO WORKED THAT NIGHT MADE MY DAY 10x better
