  This place deserves no stars. The managers and workers are completely unprofessional and rude. I ordered two pizza's to be delivered to my hotel. I never received it. When I called to see what happens they lied to our faces and said they drop it off. I ask the receptionist and manger of the hotel if anything was dropped of and they confirmed nothing was ever dropped off. The manager and worker of dominoes started arguing with me. Saying they delivered they delivered a pizza and there was nothing they could do. We argued back and forth for a refund til they agreed to remake the pizza. I even call the minute the app notified me it was delivered and saw nothing. When I call the first time they said it was still on the way and had not been delivered yet. Long and behold it never got here and resulted calling a second time and deal with a rude manager and delivery driver.

  The original pizza was burnt, and when replacements were sent, both of those were also burnt. A couple of days later, I called only to inform the business of the issue (not to request a refund or additional food). During that call, I was asked to provide photo evidence by texting the personal phone number of an employee, which made me uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. The customer service during this interaction was also uncomfortable and felt accusatory rather than helpful. In addition, the cheese had a rubbery texture and the crust was very hard. Just to be clear, sending photos was not the issue sending them to a personal phone of the shift lead in charge was the issue. Here’s the photo below:

  These guys work hard around the clock. We’re here once a week and I’ve never had an issue with my food or service. Just left on a Sunday afternoon and I could tell the young man at the drive through was busy but he still patiently helped me out and thanked me for coming in. I hope management appreciates the workers they do have because they’re far few and in between. Dominos for life 🤘🏽
