  My wife absolutely adores this place. The selections they offer are definitely different and have a twist to it. This place has a Mediterranean vibe and a taco style food. I have not had anything similar to this place. this place is worth trying at least once, but I know that many will be coming here again and again.

  Zoey at Cava provided outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out, and she handled everything efficiently with a smile.   The food was awesome. The variety of flavors and combinations was delicious. But what I remember most was the service that gave me Derek, he gave me a warm welcome, he ask me if was the first time and recommended a combination of certain veggies that all together was so delicious. Also at the end he ask us how was it. I felt like was a personal service the way he treated us. I always going to remember Cavas because Derek

  This was my family and I's first time at CAVA and we weren't disappointed. Food was fresh, delicious amd very healthy. The roasted sweet potatoes amd lamb were my favorite. Store was extremely clean and bright. Izzy, Maria and Derek were extremely helpful with explaining menu and recommendations. There was 12 of us so this was no easy task. Will definitely be back!!!

  I visited on Sunday (3/1) at 6:30 PM and was very disappointed with the service. The young man at the toppings station was dismissive and repeatedly tried to lid my bowls while I was still politely requesting toppings. He ultimately mixed up the toppings on my two orders. Both he and the cashier seemed more interested in their personal conversation than helping customers. When I tried to scan my rewards at checkout, the young female cashier was incredibly rude, snapped that the scanner didn't work, and demanded my phone number instead. As a former server, I found the lack of basic customer service and maturity unacceptable. We spend a lot of money here, but this experience was a major letdown.
