I’m leaving this review to share my experience with Bonefish Grill on January 26th around 6:15 p.m.
I had placed an order for pickup and drove approximately 19 miles to the restaurant. When I arrived, the store was closed, despite Google showing the location as open and the restaurant having been open earlier that same day. Because of this, I was unable to pick up my order and had to cancel it.
The following morning, January 27th, I called and spoke with the manager, Natasha, to explain my frustration. Unfortunately, the conversation was disappointing. Her tone came across as dismissive, and the situation was repeatedly downplayed as a “corporate decision” with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. There was no inclement weather at the time of my pickup, despite a snowstorm having occurred days earlier.
The lack of concern or accountability during that call left a very bad impression. While I understand that some decisions may be outside a manager’s control, a little empathy and customer care would have gone a long way. Based on this experience, I will not be placing future orders with this location.
