Every visit lately feels rushed or borderline dismissive, which is wild considering 7 Brew’s whole thing is “cultivate kindness.” This location just isn’t living up to that standard at all. I really want to keep supporting this spot, but the customer service needs a serious reset. Do better.

- EEErinOct 18, 20252.0I’ve been to this 7brew many times and have never had a complaint until recently. I’ve noticed that when i ordered recently, my drinks have been made wrong. I had an experience where i did let the people know that my drink was missing cold foam and when i handed it back, I overheard the employees asking each other if it had cold foam on the order and an employee answered back in a rude tone that my drink didn’t have cold foam ordered with it. I told the order taker I wanted cold foam and cinnamon sprinkles but they gave me caramel drizzle and no cold foam. I believe that there is a lack of communication between the order taker and the baristas but lately i have been a little upset that my drinks have been made wrong consistently on these recent orders, when in the past I haven’t had this problem before. I am also upset that the one time I did speak up that my drink was made wrong, the employees were annoyed and didn’t believe that I ordered cold foam with my drink.
