I need a 12 step program, and could probably tell you the best places to enjoy coffee through out the world. As well as, locally. It is my opinion that 7brew has the best base roast of all the drive through type coffee services. That is in every market they are in. There are other drive throughs that operate on a “cool” popularity business platform solely.. but a flavorless base roast. The staff is always respectful, involved and seem interested in you. It’s kind of a great part of their business model. My Rating: 8.3. Based on a Barstool true 0-10 rating system. There seems to be a newer employee working lately, and every time I’ve interacted with him, the customer service has felt noticeably off. The first time he took my order, he didn’t make eye contact, didn’t say thank you, and seemed irritated just to be there. I brushed it off because everyone has rough days. But today around 3 pm, the interaction felt the same or worse. When I pulled up to the window, he kept his back turned to me, which was unusual since the staff here is normally very friendly. He handed me the wrong drink, and when I let him know, he asked what I had but still looked annoyed and bothered. After remaking it, I double-checked that it had almond milk, and his response was a quick “yes” followed by eye-rolling as he turned away. Never apologized since I had to wait longer, and just didn't say anything afterwards. This location is normally fantastic, so I’m hoping this is just a training issue. I come here often and always tip, but experiences like this make it hard to feel appreciated as a customer. I’d really like to see the service return to the great standard this place is known for.
