  This is the first location I ever went to and is still my favorite. Everyone is always nice and they are very fast in efficient in getting your order. Every time I’m not sure exactly what to get, they always help me out and give great recommendations. Will continue to come!

  Consistently given the wrong drink. When did energy drinks become coffee. Even if they replace (which at this location seems dependent on the person at window) im still being charged more for my drink. Absolutely frustrating experience 75% of the time. Even repeated it back correct and still given it wrong. Done spending 10 for a drink I dont want

  BEWARE!! AVOID 7 BREW COFFEE! THEY STEAL MORE MONEY THAN YOU KNOW While I’ve been a customer of 7 Brew since I relocated back to Arkansas - I have now had the past several experiences be HORRIBLE (like 8 visits yall). My drinks haven’t been made correctly and the staff visible groans when I’ve asked for them to make it right. They’ve tried to charge me for items I stated I wanted to use my free drink for, and ALWAYS give me a hard time when I correct them at the money teller. I always ask for a straw for my child’s hot chocolate and yet never am given one. And so many other poor customer experiences I’m surprised I haven’t given up hope on this scam sooner. Today, the gal who took our order repeated 4 drinks back…and then they only gave us 3. When my husband informed them they were missing one, they refused to give it to us claiming we hadn’t been charged….yall, I have 6 free damn drinks on my account that I save FOR MY HUSBAND and today we chose not to use them and YOU CHARGED US FOR 4 DRINKS but only gave us 3. Officially done with this company. I will never visit them again, and I regret giving them a tip today more than anything because of how rude and disrespectful every person was. No one asked about our day like is standard with their tellers. The gal taking our order was visibly disgruntled and looked like she’d rolled out of bed 5 minutes before taking our order with her bed hair. You should ALWAYS provide a receipt to someone who purchases from a retailer and yet 7 brew doesn’t seem to believe in this practice. NEVER have I ever gotten a receipt, even when I ask for one, WHICH IS EVERY TIME. I think they refuse to provide receipts because they’re charging extra money so they can pocket it. And after today’s experience, where I purchased 4 drinks but only received 3, and told I had to be charged MORE MONEY I am now fully convinced they are deceptive and trying to rob people with every purchase. AVOID 7 BREW COFFEE! They are thieves
