  I always have a great experience at CAVA! The food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I love how many healthy and customizable options they offer—it makes it easy to build a meal that fits exactly what you’re craving. Everything tasted high-quality, and the ingredients really stand out. My only complaint about Cava is that sometimes my bowls come out a little salty. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal. On top of that, the staff is friendly, efficient, and everything runs smoothly even during busy times. Overall, CAVA is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for delicious, fresh food in a great environment. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

  I had such a great experience at CAVA today! Alex took my order and was seriously amazing—super friendly, patient, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. He gave great recommendations and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.

  First time here. The atmosphere was nice. They were busy but got our food and sat down within just a few minutes. The food was great. You can tell it was fresh and real. We are from out of town, but we'll definitely be back on our next trip this way. If we lived closer, we'd probably be here once a week. All the staff were super nice and helped me and my wife thru the ordering process.

  One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! They throw food like doing people a favor. When I’m paying upwards of $15 on a bowl, I expect better. Have been to other cava locations and nowhere have I experienced such bad service! Do better!!!

  The food was great, absolutely phenomenal. The service from the one particular girl at the register was not great. She was the only person who had no name tag on and was very frustrated that I was trying to use my rewards. Told me I didn’t have a free bowl, said “that’ll be $30.72” so I asked why my free bowl wasn’t on there, and she said “idk it’s not showing for me, that'll be $30.72” Once I finally figured out I hadn’t redeemed it quite yet. I asked if it was showing for her now. To which she replied “that’ll be $15.42”. And then looked away. Love every time I come here except for this interaction.
