  I wanted to share my experience from about a year ago, as this place comes highly recommended and I think it’s worth offering a balanced perspective. I made a reservation a week in advance for our anniversary dinner. We arrived early but ended up waiting about 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated, and then another 30 minutes before anyone checked on us — it seemed like we had been overlooked, which was a little disheartening for a special occasion. By the time our food arrived we had been there nearly two and a half hours, and unfortunately the sushi rolls weren’t quite to my taste — they came with wasabi already applied, which was a bit overwhelming for me personally. I can see why many people love this place and I genuinely hope others have a wonderful experience here. For us though, the combination of timing and food preference means it probably isn’t the right fit for our future dining plans.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about the food nor the staff… there is not enough room nor time. We love any and every time we are able to make it to BluDTR. We have been enjoying this place for over a year regularly and never once has it been a disappointment. The quality of food is one thing but what sets this place apart is the service/staff.
