Husband and I stopped in for a sandwich Saturday afternoon, 11-01-25. Both our sandwiches were well made and the store was clean. The service we received from the employee, Cookie, was professional, polite, and friendly! While we were eating our food, a female customer came in, placed her order, and paid for the food - all with the same courteous service we received. When the female turned to leave, she looked at her receipt while walking toward the door, then stopped and exclaimed, "Oh, no! I did NOT mean to tip you! I hit NO!" - visibly quite upset with her mistake. Cookie, remaining polite, professional, and friendly, assured the female she would correct the charge, and Cookie did just that - with a smile! BIG KUDOS to Cookie for a job WELL DONE!! When we had finished our meal and we were leaving, we made sure to let Cookie know she should be proud of the work she is doing. I believe Cookie is a true asset to Subway in Redfield AR!!

I have ate here for years me n my whole family never again the employee working Friday August 22nd 2025 I came.in and ordered my usual I like a lot of red onion never had a problem with having a lot of red onion so he puts a very small amount o say to him more please he tells me I can't put more then proceeds to pull a paper off of the display and shoves it in our face saying I can't put more once I told ok if he not going to make my sandwhich the way I ask them I don't want it he then proceeded to grab the biggest handful he could and covered the sandwich to be a smart ass with red onions he needs to be retrained I have never had such a bad experience in subway and this subway has made it to where I will never eat y'all food again and all the veggies were old tomatoes been sitting for days brown lettuce wilted spinach dried moldy pickles sad and pitiful

No management and poor employees. Placed an oline order and get their 30 minutes before they are supposed to close but no one is there and the place is locked up. Meanwhile it shows I picked up my order. Now I have to fight to get a refund. Total joke.

Wouldnt answer phones... i drove to them and they we're closed and cleaning almost an hour early.... one time i made an online order paid for it then drove up there and the only worker was locking the door and got in her car
