  Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered on the app at 2:52 and I’m still sitting in the parking lot at 3:40 with no response to the intercom at my stall or any other. Parking lot and drive thru has been packed for the entire time and no one’s intercom has been answered, drive thru not being answered, and I’ve already paid for my food and with nobody answering or coming out I can’t get a drive thru! Do Not come to Prescott sonic!

  This milkshake is like litterally so good. The chocolate milkshake was the correct level of slurpyness and the cherries were top tier good job employees :3 have a nice day

  for over an hour for a double cheeseburger and a Coney dog. When asked where our food was, we were met with I will check with another 30 minutes went by and still nothing while other like seven cars came in with walk-ins and drive-through and we still had nothing but others had left with theirs. When I called the restaurant asked for the manager, I got here you go you deal with it on the other end. then I got the manager who then said he was gonna go check and refund our money but due to it being over an hour the payment had already gone through offered us two free meals. If you would wanna come back my service there was not very pleasant, nor was Health code being followed due to lack of hair, restraints, and manager playing in his hair eight times while coming out and walking around the parking lot while we sat there and waited for our food.

  Great experience at Sonic Drive-In! The food was fresh, hot, and really tasty. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. It’s always nice to stop by a place where the people are kind and the service is fast. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend!
