  Wendys is close to my job so it's convenient but every time I go my order is messed up. They say keep it but what am I supposed to do with food I don't eat? It's the same thing over and over again we'll remake it and let me keep the food I won't even eat. How do they expect people to come during their lunch when they don't know how to read a screen. How do you mess up a plain double cheese burger every time?

  Food was fresh and hot and service was good and staff was accommodating and friendly. No complaints from me, but my dad thought that the chilli was not hot enough.

  What I witnessed yesterday between an employee and who appeared an ex employee was crazy. The cashier tried to deescalate the situation but the girl wasn't having it. It calmed down then out of no where the cashier yelled something about being harassed then the manager yelled at her to go home. I'm not sure if the cashier was fired but she was not in the wrong. The girl who caused the issues should have been told to leave before the second incident happened. I wish I said something yesterday because the cashier shouldn't have been sent home. I hope you ask your employees what they seen or heard and let the cashier have an opportunity to tell her side.
