- LLLynDec 6, 20252.0What I witnessed yesterday between an employee and who appeared an ex employee was crazy. The cashier tried to deescalate the situation but the girl wasn't having it. It calmed down then out of no where the cashier yelled something about being harassed then the manager yelled at her to go home. I'm not sure if the cashier was fired but she was not in the wrong. The girl who caused the issues should have been told to leave before the second incident happened. I wish I said something yesterday because the cashier shouldn't have been sent home. I hope you ask your employees what they seen or heard and let the cashier have an opportunity to tell her side.
