  Buns were extremely cold, like they'd just been pulled from a fridge. Cheese still cold and never even melted to the meat bc everything was cold. The meat was extremely dry. And Wendy's fries all together have just gone to crap, so I got chili and cheese on mine to help, which did the job. The kids burger was supposed to only have ketchup and cheese, but ended up having pickle and a tiny ring of onion on it. The girl working the window was really courteous and helpful. She seems to be a great fit for working face to face with customers.

  The wendys on 28th Street needs to fire all the employees that they have there now in rehire all new employees, new managers, new assistant managers, higher people that really want to work and do their job. That doesn’t serve there customers cold food nor tell there customers no we don’t have any 4 for 4s or anything thats like that when me & my 2 daughters just came up here 2days ago and got 3 of the 4for4s & it’s clearly on your menu right there 4for4 and there’s a 4for5
