I'm sorry but that was bullshit ..never again. I'll go get a sandwich from Casey's before I come here again.

He stayed calm, professional, and kind…even with a line of customers and no backup. Phoenix made each sandwich with care and kept a great attitude the entire time. He didn’t rush anyone, didn’t complain, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. That kind of work ethic and customer service is rare, especially that late at night. Subway is lucky to have him on their team!
