  The cheeseburger was actually good, but the chicken sandwich and fries were slightly cold when I got them. Their frosty was the best part, honestly.

  Raw meat last 2 picknups cinabons hard as a brick the mqnager acts like shes bothered if u ask a question or need help i order a large fry its literally half empty im just done no more wendys for me the chilli and salads are the only good thing at this location .

  This was a really bad Wendy’s visit. We went through the drive through at about 3:15 pm on Monday 3/16/26. We ordered 2 six piece nuggets, a grilled chicken wrap, and a Dave’s singe with no meat and no cheese (we have someone with food allergies with us). When we got to the window an older (maybe 50-60?) white woman with a bob wearing a blue shirt gave us our drinks and food. We checked the bag before driving off and saw that we didn’t get the grilled chicken wrap or the Dave’s single, and instead were given 2 chicken tender wraps. The chicken nuggets were fine. We let them know what we were missing and gave them back the tender wraps. The lady I mentioned before then got very rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. She very loudly and with the drive through window open said “We need that really strange sandwich” and had a look of disgust. She then handed us a bag with the food, however they didn’t put ketchup on the sandwich like we requested. We tried to ask for ketchup but she ignored us completely and refused to look at us so we drove off.

  Absolutely the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Items missing from our order. Wife went back inside and it took her standing at the counter for 5 mins before the staff including the manager to get off their cell phones long enough to realize she was there. No apologies for the lack of poor customer service of any kind. Definitely will not visit this location again. Businesses often fail because of poor management.
