They've now started putting the dressing on first then the veggies.. the bread was hard and we didn't even get it toasted. They only had two bread choices and very little cookies. The cookies were also terrible as they were hard as a rock and crunchy. The sandwich artist, I'm not sure if I would even call her artist but she didn't know what she was doing... She almost forgot how to make Italian bmt forgetting the ham and kept looking outside to see if more people were pulling in the parking lot or like something was going on outside. The veggies inside the cooler looked like garbage too all welted and yucky! The prices are sky high for the quality and amount of food you get these days. I could have made this at home... Very disappointed! Not sure I'll return honestly!!! Subway, your gonna put yourself out of business! Do better! Heck, McDonald's does a better job than y'all!

This is the 3rd time we have done an online order and they won’t even start making it until you are in the store standing in front of them (tried 3 different days and times). Very annoying, please don’t offer online ordering at this location if you’re not sufficiently staffed to handle the capacity.
