  Don't be in a hurry when you go through the drive thru. There's a young man that works at the second window that hands you your food. Very rude. He handed me my drink which had Dr. Pepper on the top. I didn't see it until it was running down the inside of my car door. I handed back to him & asked if he could give me some napkins to wipe off my door. I asked him if he could dry the top of the cup off. Instead he emptied almost a inch of the small drink out. Also forgot to put the apples in the happy meal. I go through there about 3 times a week. I always have to check to make sure I have all my food. It only takes one person to ruin the whole experience. This particular young man never says thank you or have a nice day. I spent 7 years as a McDonald's shift manager, none of our associates would have gotten away with that & I won't even get started on the wait times.

  Order on the app 15 minutes before I get off work. I still wait in line @20 minutes every time.

  Sat here for and hour and a half waiting on my plain cheeseburger with no one else in the store. Every time I asked about my food all I got was a dirty look. When I first got here it took them fifteen minutes to just get someone to take my order, mind you no one else in the store 👎🏽🙄

  Didn’t get anything we ordered, went in and showed receipt and they said they won’t replace and made us reorder. Also very rude!
