    Ordered a pizza for my kids and found human hair throughout it with a horrible smell. Staff brushed it off as normal and questioned me until I showed them the hair. I also noticed no one was wearing hairnets and was told they don’t have to. With that much hair in the pizza, very concerning. We did get our refund but only because we didn’t eat any of the hair to find out.

    This used to be my favorite pizza place, but they are really going down hill. Should have kept Tim around. Poor management will make or break a business....this is one example.
