It was my first visit to Fazoli's and if I knew all along what I was missing it would definitely had been sooner rather then later. If you want a place to sit in a calm relaxing environment and eat amazing Italian food this is your stop.

We know they’re always behind so we showed up at 7:15 and it still wasn’t done 15 minutes later. No one inside, no one else in line, nothing that would make them this slow. They really need to work on their times or make sure the app has the correct information. It’s always the same issue.
