I finally got my mom to tell me what’s been wrong today because she’s been sick all day after returning from getting her favorite breakfast burrito. She requested no onions to only receive the burrito with onions. Mistakes happen no big deal. She politely informed them via the intercom she requested no onions for she can’t cannot eat them and could she please have one without onions. Apologies from both her for the inconvenience which it wasn’t her to begin with but she has work history in the food service industry and respects the process.The staff apologized followed by we will make you another one and have it right out. That would have actually been the right thing to do without the onions. So she has to drive to the window and asks for a manger because twice now the cook can’t comprehend no onions. Low n behold the manager was at the window so she explained the situation again. More apologies and we’ll get you another one. She’s been sick now for 12 hours since returning from Sonic. Cooperate Sonic I’m not interested in calling to get the information to the local owner. If a Dr visit has to occur I’ll locate the owner/staff personally not via phone call. Unacceptable.
