  Absolute trash. I’m wondering if the people at the drive-thru have a conscience. Do they feel any regret about the utter negligence displayed every time they take someone’s money and send them on their way with a bag full of stale disgusting food? Ownership should be ashamed. Management should be jailed for impersonation of competence.

  I’ve had several bad experiences at this location due to unprofessional staff, lazy attitudes, and overall poor training. Tonight, after the winter storm over the weekend, our cars were completely stuck, so we couldn’t drive anywhere for groceries or food. I called Taco Bell to see if they were open, and they said yes. My fiancé and I then walked 15 minutes through the snow to get there. When we arrived, the dining room was closed, so we went to the drive-through window. We were told we couldn’t place an order because we didn’t have a car. This was during a major snowstorm, with about 10 inches of snow on the ground, barely any traffic, and no line at all. The employees said their “boss” wouldn’t allow them to serve us without a car, which makes no sense given the circumstances. After turning us away, they simply went back to sitting down and using their phones. Extremely disappointing experience.

  We're stuck in a hotel because of the snow and the hotel has zero food (most things in the vending were expired lmao) and literally taco bell came through and gave us exactly what we wanted! The absolute best, so thankful they were able to be open and be ready.
