  I had a great and fast experience with Kyra she was quick and attentive to me coming in the door and she definitely had great customer I will certainly be coming back.

  I ordered pizza to be delivered at 9:36. When pizza wasn't here at 10:15 I called and asked for an ETA. They fumbled around and said "I think this is for pickup, oh wait it's for delivery" and then hung up on me. We called back and they said it would be delivered soon. We called back after another 30 minutes and they started playing saying "welcome to Wendy's" and hanging up and would not let us speak to the manager. We called back and they said "we dont have drivers" By 11:20 so I said to cancel my order. The person playing on the phone said that they'd cancel the order "at the end of the night and refund it" and then at 11:40 door dash showed up to my house with cold messed up pizza and cinnastix. Pizza not cut, looked chewed up or something and smells nasty like chemicals. Crazy business to play with people's food.. I still have to call today to make sure our order gets refunded. 4/5 hours of my time wasted to try to order pizza after working all week? Advice if you want pizza get it elsewhere. Better yet just make something at home because these people are not trustworthy to touch your food.

  Brandon has excellent customer service.I ordered my food a few minutes before closing, but he still had a positive attitude and a smile on his face at 1 am on a Saturday night.
