  Probably won't be going back. The attitude of some of the employees is crazy. And why are we asking everyone to pull around the front? It sure isn't for fresh food because I'm sitting here with the coldest food after having to wait.

  I don’t understand why McDonald’s doesn’t train there employees to talk and smile say thank you have a nice day, but nothing when missing straw they practically throw it to you, mite as well I’ll be going to Chick-fil-A or somewhere they have good service The two places that should have the best service in the world is Walmart and McDonald’s and they just happen to be the worse at it I can’t quite put my finger on it Whoever owns McDonald’s, Call Chick-fil-A see if you can get some advice, bye bye 👎🏻

  Ordered on the app, was told when I got there that an item wasn't available, asked for a refund, they said you have to do it in the app, app said I needed to contact the store. Was told to pull around and someone would come outside to help, waited bout 10 minutes, noone shows up, so I went inside and was ignored by staff and a manager (who looked my way multiple times and was doing almost nothing) for about 5 minutes before they finally came over and again told me I needed to use the app. Said what I said before, and then he says that the general manager is the only one with authorization to do refunds (so he knew the whole time?) and they wouldn't be in for an hour. I called several times when he said the manager should be in, and got nothin. 11 dollars lost...

  This was the absolute worst service ever gave me the wrong order and try to talk to the man behind the counter with the long Grey beard thats the only order I have I dont know what to tell you. I tried to talk to him asking him a question and was very disrespectful to me. Asked to speak to a manager and that went nowhere as well. Don't waste your time with this McDonald's keep driving to another.
