  We placed a mobile order at 9:19am for a steak & egg mcgriddle, a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, an orange juice and 2 hash browns. We didnt get our food till 9:51am. I used to work at a mcdonald's and it takes 2 minutes for fresh mcgriddles, like 5 for hash browns, 5 min for steak, 2 min for egg, and less than 1 min for an orange juice. So even if everything was fresh it should have been 15-20 min. but nothing was fresh, it was room temp so it had been made at least 10-30 min prior to us getting it! They do good for lunch and dinner but this is me and my husbands 2nd time getting breakfast here and both times we had something happen. Its ridiculous!

  Drive thru lady was rude and had actually left the first window and gave us lip about us not going to the first window. Another time it took 45 minutes to get our food. Would not recommend.

  The team here is very rude and unprofessional! Rude to every customer that comes through here for no reason what so ever. Please give these ladies a professional class or just get a new team. It’s clear they don’t want to be there and is taken it out on the customer.

  Why do you always re-dip old nasty fries in grease and add salt?? My food is never right, burger patties are always old and stale. Like I have no clue why I keep going back..

  Absolute disgusting. Should have known when I pulled up to the drive through and the speaker was being rude to the car in front of me talking shit to them. When it was my turn to order they were just as rude. The car in front of me questioned their food and I should have too. The fries looked like they had been reheated from the day prior and the Big Mac was at least from the day prior and stale. The coke even tasted off like they haven’t cleaned the machines in weeks. Bad food topped with the worst service. Rude obnoxious kids working there on Sunday February 1. Teach your employees some work ethic and manners. I’ve had bad experiences at other McDonald’s but this place is the worst. Owner of the franchise should be ashamed.
