  I found a fingernail in my fries. I tried calling but the number says it’s disconnected. Why are we not wearing gloves working in food service?!

  Who doesn't love McDonald's?? I've been going here since I was a teenager when I first learned to drive. I don't ever get tired of those quarter pounder cheeseburgers. And the French Fries, I think, are the best in fast food period. Lately I've been going there for iced coffees. I'm a big Starbucks person, but if I don't want to spend those extra dollars, I'll just go to McDonald's. If you have the app in your phone, you can get a Large Iced Coffee for only $1.11. Can't beat that price anywhere in town!!!

  Placed an online order around 3:45am as it states it is a 24 hour facility and allows you to make the order online. Sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes with nobody answering. Had to drive up to the window and they all said, “we’re not serving till 5, cancel your order because we’re not serving till 5” and continued to close the window on us before we could even say anything else. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never coming back to this location again. I have been to this location well before 5 before and was able to get food, after this, I will never go there again.

  The customer service at this location is awful. 2/26/25. Lunch, DT. When i was handed my order the girl gave me a very nasty look.

  I never been @ a McDonald's that want take your order at the counter . The morning manager is highly rude to any age group 😒 I think I will start going for coffee on Camp Robinson Rd you can't even order a senior coffee she makes you to kiosk machine these restaurants are getting sorrier & sorrier by the day.
