  I don’t pass through this area much anymore unless I’m stopping at the FedEx next door, and it’s usually not around mealtime, so Jimmy John’s hasn’t really been on my radar. I’m not much of a sandwich person to begin with since it’s easy to make something better and cheaper at home, but car trouble gave me a reason to finally give it a shot. Walking in, the smell of weed was the first red flag. The experience didn’t improve much from there. The menu board was confusing, I was expecting more of a Subway-style build-your-own setup, but most of the sandwiches were preset. It wasn’t clear what could be customized or added. The only thing I specifically didn’t want was lettuce, and somehow it still ended up on the sandwich. The bread was dry and really needed more mayo or some kind of sauce to bring it together. In the end, it just reinforced my preference to make sandwiches at home. I get that speed is their focus, but the quality and overall experience could definitely be better.

  Ordered a belt and got old tomato’s and brown lettuce barely any bacon. Weak sandwich a cookie and drink for 21 dollars then the driver 4 dollar tip. 25 dollars For a 5 dollar meal

  They refuse to deliver anywhere south of I40 which is ridiculous seeing as most of the hotels are on the south side of the interstate. I can understand the 5 mile radius thing they have because they're supposed to be "freaky fast", but this location is "scary stupid "

  Sadly did not get fresh bread... It was rock hard and we were not able to eat either sandwich that was purchased
