This location used to be one of the best burger spots in town, but unfortunately it just doesn’t compete anymore. Compared to places like David’s Burgers for taste and atmosphere or even Whataburger on price, it’s fallen behind, and that’s honestly disappointing because I used to really enjoy coming here. Starting with the atmosphere, the diner-style look just doesn’t feel unique anymore, and walking into an empty building didn’t help. The welcome wasn’t great. We ordered a cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger, a little fry, and two regular drinks, which came out to $31.78. Being prompted for a tip before even getting the food didn’t sit right, especially at that price point. Service had its issues, too. The cashier gave me the wrong receipt with the wrong order number, and despite no one else ordering, it still took about 15 minutes to get our food. The classic bag of fries with extra dumped in is still there, but at $4.50 for a “little” fry, it would make more sense to just serve a larger portion properly. The soggy paper bag presentation also doesn’t feel as charming as it once did. As for the food, it just didn’t deliver. The fries were soggy and overly greasy instead of crisp. The burgers lacked flavor, and the buns were flat and soaked through. We went through a pile of napkins just trying to manage the grease. Overall, it felt like a waste of $32. This used to be a weekly stop for me, but based on this experience, it’s not somewhere we’ll be coming back to.

Huge shoutout to the GM and the whole team. I ordered through Uber and was still about 15 minutes away when the app said my food would be ready in 2. I called to ask if they could delay it because nobody wants a soggy burger, and wow—they absolutely delivered. They made it fresh, timed it perfectly, and the burger was on point. You can tell they actually care about the quality and the customer experience. Seriously, top‑notch service. I’ll definitely be back.
