This is the second time my order was well over the time estimate. Last time it was over 30 minutes as well! No apologies or anything to try to make it right. Had wings with 2 different sauces in the same box one was "very hot" the other was on the mild end. Why mix the mild and hot sauces? There was another spicy option to pack with or just spend the $0.02 to put it in another box so I dont have to worry about kids or others who cant handle the heat. Wings were ok, some were overcooked and dry. The quality is hit or miss at this store.

The staff were friendly, the new renovations gave the store a clean look that popped and naturally the food was amazing. However, my card was charged for 2 separate orders. Mine and however, else they had me swipe my card for. They placed me on the phone with a regional manager I gave them my details, card info, meal ordered etc. They told me in the store this charge will be removed once their systems process the request. A month plus later, nothing. $33.05 was not my order. All I hope at this point is that maybe it helped some family out.
