    Long wait. Waited over 15 minutes. Could not get out of line while in the drive thru. When i finally got my food and took it back to work... There was scrambled eggs pieces stuck to my sandwich. Could not return because I had to get back to work. I have kids who are allergic to eggs and usually i share my sandwich with them and it would have been a big problem had i went home and given them a piece of my sandwich. Sandwich was cold.

    Business doesn't close till 10. They changed hours from closing at 10 to closure at 9. But not untill Sunday the 4th of January 2026. So why was my wife spoken to rudely and denied service when ya'll were clearly open till 10? Got to he joking!

    I have ordered the same thing for the last 10 years at tropical smoothie. Caribbean Jerk Chicken bowl. They stopped putting it on the menu but told me to order the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap on a bed of lettuce. I have ordered it at least once a week and even at this same location where the manager specifically told me to ask for it that way. I had it 2 days ago, yet now I’m not allowed to order it like that. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. All employees need to get on the same page. One week I am allowed to order it like that and the next week I’m not. It makes no sense.
