The lady at the drive thru told me they were closed. She did not give me a reason or apologize. Very disappointed and don’t recommend.

I had to pull over and check my app just to make sure I ordered from the right location — and I did. So I went inside, and my order was sitting there the whole time. The employee just looked at it and said, “Oh, is this it?” It’s ridiculous that they don’t even know what orders are theirs, especially when people are paying ahead of time and trusting the store to get it right. This Taco Bell should be ashamed of how unorganized they are. Definitely needs improvement.
