- TWTomekia WilliamsDec 26, 20251.0First off there were 2 workers and the store was packed when I walked in wth 6 customers and I came in to pick up a Uber eats order and it wasn't ready yet. They fixed those 6 customers order first then they worked on the Uber eats order. I had a order in the car tht was getting cold, so tht customer is going to have to wait longer and get cold food because I accepted a order tht was not ready yet. This doesn't make since, one of them should've been working on Uber eats & doordash orders and one on the other customers. Then they took the shelf tht they had for us to grab and go with the Uber eats & doordash orders.

Maybe jfk yall can take some pointers from camp Robinson subway !! And by the way the lady was the shift leader being rude.
- GGGrantOct 21, 20251.0I went in today I ordered my sandwich I went for pick up and decided I would eat there as I opened my sandwich I was very disappointed in the whole thing the sub was not made any kind of way or order as I asked I'm not a poor sport but I asked the young lady if she had made it I told her the cheese was not on there and she asked me what did I want to do she suggested cheese be put on there without being g melted but I took it and I was trying to keep the peace but the more I looked at how she chomped me off so that she could leave really upset me and made me very angry I asked who was in charge they told me the manager and the young lady that rode together out but all I wanted was my sandwich made right and not with alot missing cause alot was missing and my money vs services was very disrespected and very unwanted.
