I contacted chat support immediately on my mobile app because I paid through them. I let them know I didn’t have 2x the cheese, only two pieces of chicken, no ranch or honey mustard on my sandwich like I ordered. The store manager finally emailed me back a week later stating to bring both the sandwich and the receipt back to the store for a refund. Okay, at this point you owe me for gas and you should have offered to make me a new sandwich for my inconvenience. I’m very disappointed!
