This place has slowed down tremendously, my past few moblie orders are always 15-20mins later than what it’s expected to be ready by. The food is always fresh but there’s no point in using the mobile app if it takes that long to get your order and there is never anyone there when I go to pick up my food. Very annoying

Do not go to this Sonic! They regularly take 30 minutes to get a single drink. They get almost every order wrong and the food is cold. The employees are rude and disinterested. You will not get your order quickly.

Only one girl was working inside. There were no other customers. The other six we saw were on the drive through side up next to the building smoking cigarettes and pot and on their phones. I ordered sweet tea through the app and it still took at least 20 minutes to get it. I did tip the girl $2 because I saw no one was helping her, but I guess she has to make the tea. The sugar was still in the bottom of the large cup and the tea was cold by then. Maybe just unhappy employees because they had to work on New Year's Day. I don't know.
