As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Numerous reviews highlighted rude and unprofessional behavior from staff, particularly at the drive-thru, leading to a negative customer experience.
Food Quality
Many customers reported issues with food being cold, stale, or incorrect, with some expressing disappointment in the overall quality.
Service Speed
Several reviews mentioned long wait times for orders, with some customers experiencing delays even after placing online orders.
Positive Experiences
Despite the negative feedback, some customers praised the food quality and friendly service, indicating that experiences can vary significantly.

Two drive-thrus, but they can’t serve you through the right side if you have a mobile order - gotta go to the left side and wait in line… MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!
A) some people like myself have problems with neck and back and bending all the way across the vehicle to reach out the opposite window is painful.
B) there has never been a problem handing food out the right side window, especially if no line.
But am told this person working is the general manager… GM lacks common sense and has a customer-is-wrong attitude - this just cost them a customer. I would have deleted the order entirely, but that option wasn’t available unfortunately.

Stopped by from a road trip from Texas to grab something to eat was greeted by an extremely rude cashier by the name of "Seleah" at the drive through & she got even ruder as we drove around to the window just rude and giving nasty attitude for no apparent reason. I politely requested a refund because I'm not spending my hard earned money with anybody who lacks basic customer service skills & common courtesy it was truly an embarrassment to the establishment...
